Reuters: FBI warns of possible shopping mall attacks

FBI warns of possible shopping mall attacks (reuters.com) - wait, let me try to understand this: a government agency warns about attacks and in the same freaking first paragraph says there is no credible information to support it? If I walked into the downtown police station and told them that a bomb would go off later today, but I don’t have credible information to support it, what do you think they would do to me? This smells like Cheney trying to make sure that people are on their toes: “Hey - when did we last issue a threat alert? What three weeks ago? Come up with something! Oh, it’s Christmas shopping season - do something with … uhhh … shopping malls?”
