More Lederhosen
Over two years ago I posted an entry with Pia in red Lederhosen. Guess what? They still fit her, although I think this is going to be the last summer with them:

These three Greenpeace ads are nothing short of briliiant. I saved them a long time ago, but forgot to put the up on KB. Enjoy!

Brian McConnell had the glorious idea to give our parting president an ever-lasting present: his very own sewage plant. San Francisco needed more than 7000 signatures to make the plan appear on the November ballot, and they really did it!
Congratulations! Well done! Uhhh - gotta go and take a GW …
If the last 45 minutes here are any indication about what’s going to happen in Santa Fe/Eldorado/Galisteo later on, then I suggest you guys in those locales start bracing yourself! At 1:30pm I wanted to take the dogs for a walk. There were some massive clouds in the North West and I wanted to get back home before the rain would start. Dog No. 2, Max, has some serious issues with thunder and lightning. To my surprise he did not even want to go for a walk. Just a few minutes from the house, he turns around and runs back to the house with his tail between his legs. So, Frisco and I went on a short loop without him (he was waiting in the garage when we returned).
About 5 mins after we returned the flood gates opened and we received an extremely generous helping of rain. For 20 mins it poured like crazy with a few short hail sequences. Water was (and still is) shooting from the canales. There’s a little river in the back of my house.
