Finally it’s out!
For the past couple of weeks Pia looked like the wicked witch of the East: one of her bottom front teeth pointed in all directions but the one it was supposed to point to. On Friday morning it was at a 90 degree angle from all the other teeth and she wiggled long enough to get it out. She’s actually holding the tooth in her hand, but you can barely see it.
And before you ask: no, those are not freckles on the right side of her face. Those are the marks that a fall from the monkey bars at her after school care place left …

Oh yeah. The thing about that white thing above her right eye… I don’t know what it is called but it is not medically hazardous. It will not go away on its own and some people get them chronically.
You can poke it with a sharp needle… it will be a tiny hard ball inside and resisting penetration. Agitate it a little after it is pierced but don’t try to squeeze it out. Wait several days and it should come out easily.
