What the heck is that?
On a recent dog walk we found a new “structure” in the middle of an open area close to my house. I walk the same road almost every day and I did not see the contraption the day before. Yesterday I finally took a photo and I’m going to ask the Internets what the heck that’s supposed to be:

The horizontal part is around 5 and a half feet high. There’s some sort of shield on the left (the vertical piece) and a step ladder on the right. No, there’s no hole for a riffle in the vertical part. The whole structure is too flimsy to hold anything heavier than 50 pounds. The structure has not changed since I first discovered it.
Any idea what that is?

Well – my first guess was deer stand (hunting). Looks too flimsy though. I wonder if the idea is to hold “something” in the open air for a while, but where coyotes can’t get it? Artwork? Science experiment? Basic treehouse build by a child?
Now *I’M* curious!

A place for sniper?

I also thought something along the lines of a deer stand (sniper), but it can’t carry the weight of a 10 y/o child.

A 9,99 y/o or less sniper
