Parents in town

For the first time since Candice and I got married we see my parents again. They’ve come to Santa Fe last Saturday via Albuquerque after stop-overs in Zurich and Dallas.

I picked them up from the airport in Albuquerque while Candice and dog where waiting at home. They made some impressive progress with their English language skills and it’s really easy for them to speak and understand what’s going on around them.

Of course I had to forget to call my dad on his birthday (Aug 22nd) when they were still back in Germany. We decided to have a little birthday cake here in Santa Fe after one of the dinners. Here ya go. Happy (belated) birthday, dad!

Tuesday Candice’s parents also arrived and the house is full with the two couples.

Wednesday evening they got a dose of Pam and Joe, when they came over for dinner. Candice cooked and we really had a great time (as always). Some of us had problems with the amount of wine consumed that evening, but that’s a different story …

Thursday evening Joelle came over for dinner, also to look at Betty’s merchandise and scoping out the possibility to sell some of the stuff here in Santa Fe. Our neighbour Lavi with daughter Alex was here as well.

    Great Picture. Great Website.

I just talked to Pamela and thought I would take a look. I also wanted to check to see if there was anyway I could get around that well written copyright clause and steal something. Just kidding, see ya.

    Hello to everyone,
    Reid Dammann

P.S. good pics of Jim and Betty
