You’ve been gone since end of December? No wonder your bug list continues to grow while sitting idle! Seriously, congratulations. Sounds like an interesting place you’re at now. Good for you!

I’m also of the mind that water is a precious resource. In fact, I even installed a rainwater catchment system in my yard, which includes a 550 gallon tank to hold the water for garden watering during summer months, as well as for holding a reserve following infrastructure collapse due to a zombie apocalypse.

Ah, insurance companies, gotta love ‘em. Dontcha think your recent claim had anything to do with that increase? Surprised they didn’t mention that.

I recently got my homeowners bill. I got a 3% increase in rates, they say it was because they are providing more coverage.

And did you know, according to my agent’s office, that insurance companies do an annual physical check of your property? I sure didn’t! Here’s my recent experience.
